Ca lo vnna and mass lo vuntunna right now...It's more or less same. rental prices, electricity. Only notable difference is car gas might be cheap

Ohh ok Bro. We are fine with areas with less desi crowd. Looking for used and not so old homes (2010 to 15ish built). 2500 sqft homes for around 450 is what we are looking for.
