Product Owner jobs - how to move to next level?

Last year oka long term consulting job vadilesi full time cheranu. last company vadu baga hand ichadu full time chestanani so Oracle cloud nerchukoni move aipoya.

Ikkada product owner role. Code touch cheyyanivvaru, technical team vallu, requirements gather cheyyanivvaru business manager pampistaru, just meetings setup chesi  ayyi minutes pampamantaru.

ma manager emo prati daaniki H1 ani marchipoku antadu leave adigina or anything else. na Old technology retire aipoindi , oracle cloud FT join avvakamundu chesindi tappa no improvement. Excel sheets cheyadam baaga vachindi

But manager torture chupistunnadu and chala layoffs aitunnai . Em cheyaalo teliyatledu.

I want to grow but ee technology chusina looks vast.

Any suggestions ? please trollong vaddu bhayya , frustration peaks lo unna already

If your full time is stable you feel, learn some management courses too and become a manager or senior manager bro. If you aren’t certain, then learn some tech courses and keep giving interviews as a practice

if the manager is intimidating you by your visa status, he is a horrible person? I am thinking he is a desi guy?

come to top tech companies...corrent engineer gaadu mingutaadu scrum and product gallani left and right

become staff engineer and then decide to move management or stay IC
