It doesn't require a service member to save a bunch of people who are being terrorized by a domestic drug fueled junkie. Anyone can and should do it, by trying to hold him responsible the govt is passing a message to all the druggies that they can do whatever and get away with it.

Expect more of these incidents to happen in San Francisco and NYC now.

Don't just blindly go by what you read as far as stats are concerned plus it's one thing for someone to overdose and die in his home, another thing to do that in a public transport system where there are 100s of people at the lunatic's mercy.

Apples to oranges comparison.

Unfortunately, a civilian cannot kill anyone in our soceity. And there is no way he can get away with it especially if the victim is unarmed and never hurted anyone. The law is clear. Marine will weep like a baby in prison.

You probably don't know how aggressive these people in subway are. I met with a traumatic incidents personally, one black person get hysterically aggressive at me for carrying open food and I had to get down in immediate next station ...for a month I didn't take subway. IMO there's nothing wrong. He did the job what police should have done.

That marine is a hero. And funny that you think there are police for these kind of incidents. More than funny it's ignorance of people like you that's ruining the safety of middle class

train lo open food not allowed kada. why are u carrying?

I don’t think even cops would have opened fire on this guy. Even they would get in trouble for that. There are clear guidelines even for cops.

This disco is over.

If he intentionally killed him that's a different thing like the Minnesota and Atlanta incidents.

But Dem government is taking the victim card to different level.

Government is Judiciary also? This judgement was handed by court via Jury decision.Fox news lo em chepparu?
