Wormhole is a theoritical concept, and not proven yet. Physicists have different beliefs on it. It doesn’t move to different dimensions but only bend space fabric because of which reaching from place A to B isn’t linear in distance but much lesser.

 

in interstellar they find out wormhole to move closer to other galaxy.

wormholes mathematically possible ani, but not yet found in reality.

abt black holes we already found supermassive black holes in the center of all galaxies, and even have photo evidence of them, and even 20 yr time lapse video of it in our own Milky Way for which they won the Nobel prize.

The wormhole in the movie does not bring you to another dimension/universe. It is the same universe but another location in space. The wormhole helps you travel there faster. The intelligent beings put it there to reach planets orbiting the black hole Gargantua

Who are Intelligent beings? There are broad theories; it may be humans who have mastered higher dimensions. We helped our species from the future to survive. This can happen only if time is linear

Nobody knows how it looks inside a black hole. Until Cooper enters, the black hole is scientifically accurate. Once he enters the black hole, they show multiple dimensions, with time being one of the dimensions that he can travel and communicate with his daughter.

Time travel to past is not possible, travel in to the future is through time dilation..just like when they go to Millers planet in interstellar and returns, the guy who stayed back in space ship has aged 30+ years.

on a side note the ticks you hear during that Millers planet scene (water planet) is one day elapsing on earth.
