MacBook Pro battery replacement

I have a MacBook Pro retina 15-inch mid 2015 with dead battery which needs to be replaced.I cannot replace it myself. Is it cheaper to replace the battery in US or India? Going to India next month.Please share

Apple recalled batteries of certain 2015 15 inch models because of overheating problems. Check this link to see if you can get a free replacement.

Any aftermarket battery for MacBook lasts hardly 6 months tharuvatha few mins back or no backup at all. 

Apple store/repair lo matrame original battery available. 

India lo mac kaadhu kada even iPhone kuda original OEM battery dorakadu coz no Apple stores, all the stores are just authorised repair services with independently trained technicians. monnane oka store open ayindhi, cook opening chesadu anukunta, not sure Mumbai or Delhi.

But battery maatram us Apple Store lo replace chesko.

Ifixit is legit. They sell all apple parts and have detailed tutorials on how to do it

if you don’t like that option getting it done at an Apple Store is the best choice. Don’t go to best buy
