its all about investing your savings at the right place at right time .. 

if u are investing all ur savings in your primary residence, then as such we wont sell it off, so it kind of locks ur savings .. a true businessman is the one who takes out Equity that was built on primary residence and invests in some business .. most of our desis dont do that..
