I’d probably choose something a bit tougher and more rewarding from the start. Right now, fields like AI, data science, and machine learning are where everything's headed.
But if you're thinking about stepping outside of IT altogether, something like becoming a medical assistant could be a solid option. It's a stable career with decent job security, and you can even train online if that’s more your speed. In the long term, choosing a career/field that provides you satisfaction and keeps you curious will be more satisfying.
