Acura mdx preowned car price is same as preowned pilot. Acura luxury car kada, why are the used prices same for both acura and pilot?

long term maintenance cost, Honda is cheaper. Acura you will be spending at least 1.5 times.
Also, Acura needs premium gas, Honda is regular
