He is termed as the ‘Man with Midas touch’ after the consequent hits he produced. People determine it’s his skill in bringing the right script and his knowledge in judging the pulse of the audience. Others term it as fortune favors this maker. But, on the whole he got a whole bunch of movies in the past to his credit and a list of forthcoming films this 2009. The hits in his production graph includes 'Arya', 'Bhadra', 'Bommarillu', 'Munna', 'Parugu' and the latest 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam'. He also distributed and promoted films like ‘Ullasamga Uthsamga’, ‘Vinayakudu’ and ‘King’ which all made it big in the box office. For 2009, the on going movies are ‘Akashamantha’ starring Prakash Raj and Trisha, in the direction of Radha Mohan and another movie casting Nagarjuna’s son Nagchainthanya in the lead. Apart from these, three movies are in the pipeline this year. One will be directed by Dhasarath of ‘Santhosham’ fame. Director of ‘Munna’ who debuted with the movie on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Vamsi Paidipalli will be directing the next. And, the third will be made by Srinivas, the director of hit movie ‘Lakshayam’. Sources from industry say Prabhas and NTR will play hero in the each of these movies. The hero for Dhasrath's film is yet to be finalized. ‘Dil’ Raju’s has his dairy full in 2009 and let’s wish he continues his trend of super hits this year too.
