Simple way to weight loss

Eating 3 chapati every meal with same curries and walking 5 miles everyday, if not maintaining 5 mile average atleast that entire week by compensating more miles on other days. 
 

Working like a miracle for me personally, my two cents who wants to come to their idea weight

One month lo 10 pounds lost by following this each and every day. (STRICTLY no rice at all, no biryani at all, period)

Just eat brown rice and chpathi flour with fiber %.. avoid Biryanis and desserts, coke .. 

 

White rice is dangerous

Sagam rogams will go away with food anna. Soda beer biryani regular thinetodu can't complain about weight. Yedhanna genetic prob like heart issue or other organ issue is diff and new rogams with eating junk is diff. People know consequences but don't care anna.

add veggies(not curry but sautéd) to your diet

Bro long run loo maybe you will feel bored eating chapatis all day and your nutritional plan may not be sustainable to retain for number of years ?

Anyways Rice + Dal Vs Chapati is more or less same in terms of getting proper nutrition values..

nenu ayitee i will eat rice in afternoon and in evening chapati..

Also i will make sure dinner is completed by 6.30-7pm so there is plenty of time digestion of food before sleep..

Ideal weight vacche varake. Vacchaka normal and regular work out will be in place

Add Ragi, Jonna roti as well. White rice and chapathi no big difference ani idea undi - nutrition wise. But we end up eating lot more rice than chapathi - so anduke rice badulu chapathi better antaru.

i second it.
chapathi and rice is no big different carbs. sprouted Ragi flour and Jonna flour mix tho ambali or jaava cheskuni daily dinner ga one whole cup theeskunta unte, quick and healthy weight loss untundi. works to all types of bodies.
