For protein I take Greek Yogurt (Fage). 3 times protien than regular yogurt. Replace rice/wheat with Quinoa 4-6 meals a week. Eat BBQ chicken (Air fryer) instead of biryanis. 1 Quote

Add yogurt in marination and cook at 350-360F. Not 400. Cooking at 400 makes it dry. Even chicken breast comes out good and juicy at 360F. Quote

Keep chicken breast in salt water for 1 hour and then do your marination. Or add Meat Tenderizer with marination. You get in masala section in any Indian store. Quote
