Simple way to weight loss

Mix it up.. don’t eat chapathis every day.. it gets boring.. quinoa, millets, hand pound rice, chapathis - one type of grain every day..

brow rice , chapati , eggs/chicken with lot of vegetables  daily

Reduced 10 pounds  in the last 3-4 months.

Congratulations. 

In general increasing the protien, reduces cravings and keeps our weight in check. For protein I take Greek Yogurt (Fage). 3 times protien than regular yogurt. Replace rice/wheat with Quinoa 4-6 meals a week. Eat BBQ chicken (Air fryer) instead of biryanis.

Same diet nadi kuda but chicken kastha olive oil tho pan lo sauté chestha.

much dry ayyi chandalam ga vuntunnay

Chicken in air fryer comes out excellent for me. Add yogurt in marination and cook at 350-360F. Not 400. Cooking at 400 makes it dry. Even chicken breast comes out good and juicy at 360F.

I am talking about chicken breast only.

I will try over this weekend once

Brown rice everyday not good for your gut man eat some white no problem just don't overeat

Calorie deficiency will always lead to weight loss. if you don't eat right you will loose muscle mass which you don't want to so add more protein to your diet

Inital pounds are easy to loose coz most of it will be water weight. Next ones are real bitchesss

Althought there are several other factors involved here is a simplied video

Another tip. Keep chicken breast in salt water for 1 hour and then do your marination.

Or add Meat Tenderizer with marination. You get in masala section in any Indian store.
