This man is versatile. Pan world villain. 

Today's imported pan parag villains who act in Telugu should learn from him. He used to dub his own dialogues in Telugu..almost speaks Telugu conversations too..such is his dedication

Hollywood veteran actor, Harrison Ford who co-starred 1984's "Indiana Jones and temple of doom" with Amrish Puri remembered the latter as a sophisticated and charming man.

Ford will be playing the character of archaeologist Indiana Jones for one last time in the upcoming "Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny."

The film “Temple of Doom” co-starred Amrish Puri and Harrison Ford was directed by Steven Spielberg.

Puri was featured as a terrifying priest “Mola Ram” and Ford as archaeologist Indiana Jones.

Indian Express reported, Ford remembering Amrish Puri as a charming and wonderful person.

Ford added, “His actual personality was nothing like the character he played. I enjoyed working with him and I really admire him as he was a sophisticated man.”

Ford told PTI in a virtual interview that he remembers when the Bollywood legend passed away.

Puri was also declared an ‘anti-national’ by media for appearing in the film. The story of the film “Temple of Dom” was based on a story by George Lucas.

Puri in his autobiography shared a hand-written of the filmmaker Spielberg declaring the actor as “my best villain.”

Puri died at the age of 72 in 2005 at a Mumbai Hospital.
