Vendor full time help

working C2C with 60$. 
vendor proposed 2 options below. 
1. My vendor is asking pay of 55$ per hour on w2 without benefits or

2. 120k with following benifits. 
benifits: 4% match on 401k

pto: 1.75$ I did not understand what is at all

insurane: for me free for wife and 2 kids I have to pay from my packet. 

holidays: national holidays

Never worked on FT basis before so I don’t know what to ask him. 
 

any help which option is better for me. Am single income fellow. Suggest me what to negotiate from above benefits.

FT is better choice here
