I heard you can have Labor filed in OPT. But not good to have I-140 filed, as it is disadvantage for first H1B stamping to have a A#.

Yes I did.. but you cannot leave country as it is a dual intent on non immigrant visa

 

All desis who are born in Kuwait, Dubai , muscat apply for green card and get within10 months  to 5 years in eb2 

 

All Microsoft African employees from Nigeria get green card filed by Microsoft instead of h1b while on opt.. my Nigerian friend at Seattle shared a lengthy post on Facebook..how he was selected through black scholarship and got GC..and many like him get GC directly 

 

H1b is only for desis..rest all who work in it directly apply for GC .including iranians
