Ante law book la ela mention chesi vunte ala practice chestaru and judgement kuda alone vuntadi…its more standardized. Where as Indian personal law code prakaram even though you are the ultimate beneficiary, your claims can be contested and Judge will take into financial situation and condition of the litigants to deliver final verdict… Even registered Will documents can also be contested…this is why it gets complicated 2 Quote

KGFsutthi Posted June 22, 2023 Report Posted June 22, 2023 Never attach yourself to properties. People are selfish I agree but only rely on your self wealth. Don’t be in rat race to provide all wealth in the world to your kids. Provide your kids and yourself with what you have. what do you ask your parents ? Mom and dad you might die please write a will? Such sons or daughters are no less than a relatives who try to steal those properties 1 Quote
