usually desi close family members scolding u is just their helpless frustration because they care for u and want u to get better. just try to tell them openly that ur trying ur best and it’s hard. tell them that their scolding is making u depressed rather than encouraging u. if they refuse to understand, then u too should learn to ignore them and think about ur own peace.
