Criminal attorney husband is not a fit for this real estate issue. It is evident from the fact they rented it with just a verbal agreement.

Long term tenant died and these tenants took over anta. Most likely these folks were staying with that longterm tenant. The fact she accepted initial rents from this guys, it became a liability for her now. But regardless if they are not paying rent then they have to leave. I wonder why she has to go through all these hoops to get these guys evicted.
