Don’t seek validation from others. Owning a house is not a joke. It’s a lot of work. Some people do better as tenants and they invest money in stocks etc. I know many people of this sort.

Renting a TownHome or a house is much cheaper than owning these days with the high interest rates. If one wants to live peacefully, don't give too much importance to what others think. Do what's best for self and be happy about it. If there is too much of discussion regarding status, its not the right group for you..

House konnollu peanuts down chesi... rest all mortage... no one owns the house until its paid off. Same with cars. So this is also renting only but a little different. So nee istam and nee affordability batti ... evadu em anukunna picha lite.
