Supreme court/Center/Election commission has to intervene and work towards removing these money distribution schemes to gain popularity. All political parties are doing this. People who need this money never get the benefit. Only jobless youth or ultra rich avail these benefits, get attracted and vote. 

On a lighter note, may be parties will try to lure ppl with "Liquor sold in Telangana state"
