Parents Visa Cancelled for overstay

Urgent:
My parents have a flight from India to USA tomorrow but we are seeing this message just for my mom when trying to check in on the airline's website? They have Visa until 2029. They have come here multiple times in the past. Anyone gone through this? Embassies are not open in India yet so not sure what to do.

They stayed for 6 months last time. Their return flight got cancelled on their date of return so they got rebooked to the next day.

Six months ante literally six months ani fix ayara ? It’s not so easy to reappear to the visa and get one but not ruled out.

Check if you can file i-539 extension now for overstayed days as it is a valid reason.

at least in the DHS/CBP system, they will know the reason for overstay.

Rule for visitors visa is never use it to stay.

 

It should be used to visit.

Visiting mean a month or two.

 

You may need to justify your 183 days with multiple family or touristic occasions.

 

May be you can say you are visiting multiple family members and multiple family rituals. So they have to stay for 180 days.
