Average house price for basic living

ippudunna market lo house ki for basic living with family ki entha pettochu in good community in Texas suburbs. Rates went up after covid. Pre-covid home prices are not there anymore. 
 

pre covid, basic house for a family $350k lo vachedi. ippudu went up even though interest rates are high.

Zero.. I don't recommend house in Dallas suburb.. it is only good for investment.. 

Eukess, grapevine, Irving, Coppell these are closest to Dallas and forth worth..

 

Rest like McKenney , Celina etc are investment homes..like if you have to go to Dallas for work from office don't invest there..andaru tala badukuntunnaru

If you are planning to get a mortgage.. make sure your house mortgage monthly payment is less than 30% of your net salary of your household.. 

Example: if you and your wife make the $10k net salary, then your mortgage payment can be up to $3.3k.

Run the Numbers and I always recommend going for a 15 year mortgage if possible instead of 30 year mortgage but ipudu unna Interest rates ki 15 year work out avvatledu.. but you can always target to refinance when the rates normalize.

schools are good and decent enough desi community. 

i heard there are some oil wells....not sure how much that matters to you
