Dinesh Naidu to Vishwak sen - anta yendhira idhi ?

I have seen komatis put in Gupta and mehta to their name.

some reddies are putting rathod anta !

brahmins changing sarma to sharma (sharma is surname in north india which is not the case in telugu land - it is just caste appellation)

rajus putting varma

even kams putting chaudry (though that seems much older but still)

what will you get by doing this ?
