same reason we opted for a hotel in our recent trip..rent per night kante cleaning and taxes are 150% more

I used pre covid but slowly cleaning went up , owner cant clean and difficult to find cleaning services reliable 

if it’s not really clean then tenant will complain 

its cycle 

I think peak of airbnb reached before covid

Earlier owners used to manage cleaning or arrange cleaning. But these days there are professional services who manage these Air BNB properties and naturally they charge more and the same is being passed on to the guests.

Airbnb went into small funds / venture capitalists... No more family business where owner rents basement or another property nearby.

Unless you are > 4 traveling for 3 + days, hotels are better, even with current high prices. Once hotel prices are normalized - after summer , it will be stars for Airbnb

Any time less than a week stay in Airbnb doesn’t really help 

I am currently using Airbnb for work in a different state , 10 days ke 800 dollars , I can stay in a hotel and get similar rates , points and free nights

exactly..hotel lo you have access to fresh breakfast in the morning and no need to clean any . malli aa trash area ekkadano untadi
