Tesla service holding my car since 3days

Tesla service holding my car since 3days, I noticed negligence in delay.

I knew they will make me happy by giving goodie bag with water bottle etc. 

 

Is there a TIPS to kick this guys very hard on this delay.

 

Delay story

Day 1 - technician missunderstand the problem.

Day 2 - car not pulled in to service room till 4pm, next ten mints I got msg they are going to hold for another day

Day 3- they may or may not fix it.

Ask for loaner car and roam around keep it for 3 days challu ki challu

this is my main concern..delays with service even with a  high priced car....still not sure why people are going crazy about it

I took the car yesterday and have connectivity issues with Bluetooth... how can I request a service for this issue?
