what is the legal action cops take if we get caught while raid in massage parlor and we are involved in bumchik

will there be visa issues or any impact to GC, pl share info

if they caught you red handed  while doing bumchick .. depending on state it's a federal crime.. prositutaion kindha ki vatshadhi

 

If you are getting plain massage while they did raid on parlor.. you should be fine, they will let you go...

 

for the f*ck sake.. keep your mouth shut and don't agree anything in front of cops.. just say you are there for regular massage..sometimes its very hard for cops to prove it in court...

worst case your lawyer will deal.

It comes up every time you apply for visa, gc , citizenship, background checks.

Read many stories in fb, reddit and othet forums.

It's a considerable offense and a strong reason to deny gc. As it's a moral offense.

Try to get charges dropped by hiring a good attorney and plead

don’t say a single word to the cops, they can’t force you to talk

if you’re booked and fingerprinted, get an attorney. If the case is dismissed, some states allow for expungement(records are sealed) after some time and won’t show up in background checks

Red handed ga cops pattukunte .. its over anthe, dhum chesi adguthe.. manam direct ga oppukunte..double evidence adhi...case booked anthe iga .. no escape.. both TS and massage parlor worker will face consequences.

 

Someone said that even if they caught you red handed doing any sexual act .. but if you keep your mouth shut...

you can still defend , technically  unless you prove that there is exchange of money involved for sexual act  , cops will have hard time to win the case.

But anyways, its a big hassle and mental tension to roam around lawyers and courts.

 

That's why avoid going to these parlors..

if you have the itch.. try seeing independent licensed  masseuse who works from their own studio... expensive  but worth it.
