2021 lo nenu employer A ki working

I got 2 offers, both did H1B transfer at that time

Employer B: H1 period June 2021 to June 2024

Employer C : H1 period august 2021 to august 2024

i joined Employer C ( employer B join kaledu)

Now if I want to join Employer B, H1B transfer malli apply cheyala? Uscis case status page lo receipt number chuste, 129 petition approved ane undi from employer B, looks like they didn’t revoke ane ardam kada?

Case status site are not always up-to date.

Let Employer B Immigration/HR handle it.

Check with employer b. Mostly you need h1 transfer as it's been a while. Okavela revoke cheyyakunna, they should have paid you as per lca which I don't think is possible as it's in 2021. So go for a transfer

Transfer cheyali, you cannot have 2 H1 valid at a time, meaning once you accepted employer C offer , employer B H1 is not valid.

Work with employer B attorney.
