That is a click-bait title to make users click the video out of curiosity. Click is the primary goal of any video. If it doesn't get the basic click when displayed to a viewer, YT will stop suggesting it to other viewers. More clicks, more promotion, more views.

He also used latkoor titles like these before -

"Channel close chestunnam" - making everyone think he is stopping vlogging but he actually started this new channel and announced it in the video.

"Our New House" - actually that was a rented house.

"Our weekend special breakfast" - he said in the video nothing special, just cabbage fry and chapati
