Indians taking American IT jobs working remotely

Taxes ela work avuthayi? Shouldn’t company pay taxes in India if the person works for more than 6 months there? Anduke kadha pedha companies anthakante ekkuva work cheyyanivvav

Companies have realized that Remote works. So they are hiring people in India directly (remote) even though they don't have offices there as trial because of low cost. No overhead (like GC sponsorship, bonus, RSUs, etc). They are  paying really good for ppl in india 50-75 lakhs easily. 

Usually best people from offshore vendors apply and are selected for these jobs. They have high job satisfaction as working for client direct and for company there is no drop off on knowledge.

Certain areas with sensitive information/data are not yet outsourced. But outsourcing technical jobs. Its not huge now but could become a trend.
