Maintain properties in India post green card?

Once you get citizenship, move back to India. US is a sinking country...people getting old. You will end up going to India anyways for retirement because US will become a crazy place to live by then.

NRI properties are easy target for them tiragaler kaabatti.

That's what they are realized like dubai and grand investment plans chala ambitious projects unayi but no one knows avi materialize avutayo kaavo but dubai did it  with less expensive labour from pakistan india bangala etc , and now they have major tourism from India,  all big shots heavily investing , emirates becoming one  world's best hub to all over world  , Saudi kuda opening up trying similar to Qatar and dubai

A green card holder can invest in an Indian property as per the Foreign Exchange and Management Act (FEMA) provisions. An NRI can purchase any residential or commercial property in India except agricultural land, a plantation property, or a farmhouse.

That is past phenomenon.No country can survive long on just imported cheap labor for too long.

Indian economy is going to become tourism based as well. People won't need to go overseas for decent wages.
