Ask new company to file h1b transfer in premium processing and give 2-3 weeks notice once approved.

u can apply in company websites as well. Friends ni valla companies lo refer cheyyamani adagochu. Dont feel shy.. if u clear the interview and join the job, they will get referral bonus.

When doing reference there will be an option to opt out for reference with the most current company, you can check and they won't reach them.
