Controversial post alert:

Lot of talks about equality going on. But what are we trying to accomplish really? Women are primarily meant for taking care of meals, delivering kids and managing household. Why is that looked down upon. Why does society judge a woman if she is a homemaker ? 

It’s easy to say that no one’s judging but there is just too much opinion if a woman works. Doesn’t work , has kids, doesn’t have kids. Whether the husband helps her etc.

Men are just more capable and better at lot of things. Let’s accept it. Women are weak mentally and physically 5 days a week in a month and for almost an year after their delivery. It’s not easy to be a woman and compete with men all the time. 

What’s the problem if men handle the finance and women take care of kids and house. It’s a shared responsibility even in that case. 

I think by expecting both women and men to do everything , we are just setting ourselves for failure where no one is able to enjoy anything peacefully .

I agree to most part but I do not agree to a direct comparison between men and women. Both are different species - have their strengths and weaknesses anedi acknowledge chesi respect chesukunte chaalu.

They are 2x more strong and can handle multiple things at the same time.

What is needed is proper break to help them with delivery etc.. like Europe where they get 1 to 3 years paid vacation.

Company can be run by CEO manager HR employees...

There is no specific answer for this. Every family situation is different and needs to take decision based on what works for them. 

In general women are good with making food and men with finance and driving. These are stereotypes and nothing wrong with that. 

Every family needs to decide what's best for them based on their skill set. I have seen men who are not good with finances or driving. Their wife's take care of that. 

The problem comes with expectations. Women need to do this or men need to do this or I contribute more ... etc etc.
