I can validate it, I stay in jersey city downtown and other parts since 5 years, I commute to NYC via path. Baga taggipoyaru Telugu crowd(esp fake pakodis). Very happy about that.

Jersey city downtown area is mostly FT and young with high pays and works for very good companies. We can clearly see the difference.
