Pravesh Shukla, aide to BJP's sitting MLA from Sidhi (MP), Kedarnath Shukla, caught on camera urinating on a mentally challenged Pale Rawat (30), a tribal Kol, in Karondi village, when Rawat sought his overdue wages. 

Shukla asked a friend to shoot a video of his heroic deed...

Social media impact from past 6-7 years, news from any corner is reported fast ....  govt ki no sambandam. BJP/TRS/TDP/Congress etc won't ask their leaders or supporters to do such activities.
