In India, you earn lakhs but have to pay for all basic necessities

Parks inside community - 

Generators - electricity

Purified water  -

Private schools .... 

Multiple cars - transportation... 

 

If you are in a suburban area with good public transportation in developed counties - you don't pay for above.

So, my point is with more and more rich communities solving problems with other means where is the pressure on govt to fix infrastructure and amenities?

But in usa you don’t get complete security at your own home without a gun

you can’t send your kids to school without the fear for guns

For taxes we pay we at least have some better roads
