bhayya, fresh red(especially beef) meat is very dense and bacteria can't permeate deep enough and it is totally safe to undercook it. The point of cooking is to kill any bacteria which is present on the outer surface of the cut. Infact, there are many beef dishes which are eaten raw. Same logic applies to goat/lamb

chicken/pork are a different case and have to be fully cooked

ade kada mana problem, we don't get it straight from slaughter houses right and halal stores freeze thaw practices manaki teliyavu kada,

inka ekkuva discussion cheyali ante internet is divided on whether to wash meat or not.

I don't wash and there's no point if you're cooking it thoroughly

it just spreads bacteria around by washing and extra work to clean surfaces

What about micro particles of sand, dust and pollen? They might be in the size of parts per million.

Sterile is for bacteria. But heavy metal based particulate matter and dust is different topic altogether. It’s better to rinse. But anyways, it’s up to each individual.

I get what you're saying but good factories employ superior supply chains and high quality steel and their product is rigorously tested for each batch unlike cheap ones like Tyson. Ledante FDA sanka naakistadi vallani

Do you guys cook it enough till The meat is tender and some bones are chewy ? ? Or rubber Lekka lagala meat ni ?

Most of the restaurants and parties I have been always have undercooked mutton . Why ????

the flavor is in the bones , let them cook for a while mee mohalu manda.

and don’t add tons of masala, mutton natural flavor is extraordinary. Adding too much masala covers it . Do that to chicken .

India la fresh untadi so ekkuva masala avasam ledu, it can be cooked like chicken.

Ikkada unna frozen mutton ki masala for sure Kavali.
