I've seen cybersecurity guy at a company I worked - just one guy for the whole company

My company, Cybersecurity includes all desis, including director, manager and team and they are good.

Cybersecurity has changed over years. Right now its focused on some tools, run these tools against the infrastructure & applications in the company and send them to the app teams for remediation.

It also includes, doing vendor assessment on SAAS applications ... Making sure all compliance reports are there ... 

Also be a part of application architecture and make sure the application follows standard security protocols...e

Firewall configurations/VPN typically come under Network team. 

If its a small company, probably it has 1 person or team do both..

It’s not about configuring anna . Having broad knowledge. Can able to do penetration testing and ethical hacking ani na feeling.
