If you wanna represent only Telugu people I would suggest PV narsimha rao with his administration n economic skills ( ofcrs include oh his entire team )  he pulled people n country out of crisis during critical economic time with minority govt 

fron Telugu community he was great leader for country and did something for country and people , that as telugite we should remember his name
