Satya Nadella is not everything that America is built on. He is and employee of Microsoft, amongst lakhs others. 
Top 10 powerful families or Business Empires of the World still emanate from Britain or Germany or combined.

Except 2 presidents of USA, every one has at least one parent or grand parents who were born in Britain or Germany.

As you are in USA, it might be bit helpful to learn about its history too.
