My research on internet also saying the above first 2 strings 

but I stopped using poly 2 years ago bro, it was causing me tennis elbow so switched to multifilament full bed 

currently using tecnifibre x one biphase but it is not durable

Yes poly is hard on the elbows.

How about go for natural gut? Expensive but softest feel

Natural gut is good but it is expensive bro, I would stick with multifilament if not poly
