India incometax portal registration with USA phone number - I never receive mobile OTP

Is it a known issue ? I tried several times - I get email OTP , but not mobile.

Ind number pettu Anna. Nenu anduke oka Ind number maintain chesthunna OTP la ki UPI la ki poyinappidalla Sim ante avvadhu
