Three Things to check before you buy a plot in Hyderabad.

PAKKAJAMEEN: THREE THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY A PLOT IN HYDERABAD

1. Make sure you check the plot is in approved layout HMDA or DTCP 

2. Make sure that the plot is in development zone like residential zone, commercial or development zone not in industrial zone or conservative zone etc, 

3. Make sure you check the prohibited survey numbers, don’t buy any plot in prohibited properties.

Prohibited properties: https://registration.telangana.gov.in/openProhibitedProperties.htm 

using this link you can check which survey numbers in which village of a specific Mandal and district is prohibited or not. based on that you can decide you can buy or avoid it. 

Approved Layouts: https://masterplan.hmda.gov.in/planning/LO.aspx

 Using this above link you can check whether any specific layout is approved or not based on the LP number provided by the builder

Did you go there recently? Absolutely no development. Looks same as it was 15-20 yrs back. Of course its the reason why the plots are still cheap there. Only thing in its advantage is area is still clean and neat because of cantonment.
