does it matter that I need TOEFL, if I can live in a liberal state if I get past silly tests like TOEFL? yeah it may not be ideal, but this liberal US state is the best you got. perhaps sometime in the future we can fight to remove TOEFL and open borders to the US. I'm all for it.
