Builder maa site ni asking for development..60:40 ratio antunnaru..total 15 houses, we will get 6 .. is this the usual percentage..

4-5 yrs back ayite 50-50 ani vinna. Recent ga no idea.

Lot of factors…location, plot area and dimension, rental values and sft value, per yard value etc plus is the builder giving any advances, good will , reputation of the builder etc.

6000 sq feet plot..3 3 bed room houses per floor. In Tirupati..rents approx 18 to 20k per month..still working out on the details..ROI peddaga Ledu bro but worried about kabzas in the area..so going this route

Builders tho chaala tantalu untai bro. Since you are living here, its difficult. One friend recently did the same and in the end aa expenses, ee expenses, approval expenses ani full vayinchesadu. It was a bad transaction in the end.

Why  not sell the land itself? Tension ledu. Keep the money in India bank or bring to USA (getting 5% interest these days)
