100% same story. 2007, 8-9 bad jobs, 11 gc process bad, 13 date. We are one of the many with this story line in USCIS's books.

during that time people used to by already approved perms from employers with earlier PD's for 10000$.

earlier perms used to be employer specific not employee so it was a loop hole and people exploited it thoroughly

It was announced and they rescinded ... on people's pressure they announced again .. It was rumoured to be a mistake or confusion or double minded .. Not sure what it was..

A lot of my friends went that route ... They closed it after 2007. They sold for $10,000 to $20,000 but it was worth for who ever bought. GC in 3-4 yrs.

Undi  but you will get an approved perm with a prior PD..

 

Suppose you bought it in 2009 but the PD of the perm will be somewhere in 2005.

gotcha so they used to sell GCs before they sell them now as well but they just became super expensive
