I have. Their process is clean. Follow below link. If you are planning to visit multiple countries, you need to apply visa at the country you  first visit or the country where you are going to stay most days.

Also anyone going there for work, plan your immigration stamping there. Its easy to get an appointment and stamping. A lot of my colleagues have done that.

If you are not sure about the dates of travel, Book tickets, take print out and cancel immediately as your plans may change. 

Hotel booking is important, you can do the same as above.

Getting an appointment at embassy is not easy. If they do not have appointments, call them, they will accomodate.
