Few new things I got know from this video:

1. During that time Nehru was on first state visit to USA

2. Taking Kashmir matter to UN was collective decision of the cabinet. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee founder of Jana Sangh was cabinet minister at that time and he himself said it was our collective decision.
