So you are flat out saying current andhra pradesh is worthless backwards  piece of sh*t land and the people living thete are incapable of working these jobs ?  

I am pretty sure there are IT jobs in Alabama and 50 km away from Shanghai is still pretty developed

Ofcourse no one is claiming AP can match Hyderabad but atleast 10% of Hyderabad should have been possible if it was state govt policies that led to IT development

if you cut off alabama from usa right now - in few months - with no finance nothing. It will be incomparably backward compared to rest of usa. Samething 50 kms from shanghai.
