retails shops self employed or family run only successful if you depend 100% on outsiders you are screwed - no one is interested to make money for you . On top of constant hiring firing oh god why you want to buy troubles ?

Should not be a problem.

US lo another 15-20 yrs no dhoka. Even after that, Gas pumps can be easily replaced with EV charging stations. Most gas stations on highways already added EV Charging stations in addition to their Gas pumps.

Big problem with gas station or liquor station is managing. If no proper oversee, people who are running it will swindle cash/money.

A store sold liquor to a kid who showed his brothers id.. that kid made a boat crash due to which a girl on the boat got killed.. now the girls family sued the store and got $15M from the store selling liquor.. this is unbelievable 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
