His makeup man told in an interview that he wears Patch and infront could be hair transplant or hair weaving. 100% not original hair

Most probably he has taken some hair treatment. So many treatments available these days. Or may be he does wear a wig. For reference you can also look at Salman khan. It does not look like he wears a wig but def done some treatment and still has decent hair.

However, we cannot deny MB looks very handsome at this age (48-49 yrs). Has always maintained a decent physique. However in this pic he looks kinda pale and kinda lost his charm. May be he is working on physique and slimmed for his next movie.
